This research departs from the concerns that occur at this time with the nature that has started not friendly with living things in it, it can be felt like rainfall in the dry season or vice versa, many animals are becoming extinct due to higher earth temperatures, the ozone layer that began thinning which is the heat that feels stinging the skin. Maintaining the preservation of the environment is part of the noble character that must be applied in the midst of human life. This is done by maintaining the sustainability of life in the world and preventing damage, disasters that can occur coupled with the greedy human attitude by destroying nature. These forests are the source of this natural force as water stores, oxygen producers, carbon dioxide absorber, germplasm sources, sources of food and food, wildlife habitats that if not properly managed will become extinct and the survival of life on earth will end. Meanwhile, the religion of Islam as the religion Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin ordered mankind to maintain and preserve the forest as a living environment, the human being made God on this earth as khalifah, interesting Islam Islam has its own point of view about forest conservation.

This study aims to determine the effect of giving different types of nutrients on the growth of kale in hydroponic wick system. The study was a single factor experiment with two treatments using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 7 replications. The treatment given was inorganic fertilizer AB Mix and NPK plus inorganic fertilizer. Nutritional concentration was given as much as 10 ml/liter. The results showed that the type of nutrient treatment was significantly affected the growth of plant height at age 14 days after planting (DAP) and 21 DAP. At age 28 DAP there was no real effect. The producing of leaves number was differences at all stages. Provision of nutrition AB mix produced higher plant height at 14 DAP (15.9 cm) and 21 DAP (19.3 cm). The parameter of leaf number, AB mix yield more leaves at 14 hst (8,1 strand), 21 hst (11,1 strands) and 28 DAP (13,4 strands) respectively.

The purpose of this research is to know the analysis of chili pepper farming and the prospect of cayenne pepper development in the sub-district of Arut Selatan Kotawaringin Barat regency. Analysis of cayenne pepper includes income analysis, acceptance, revenue cost ratio, Break-even point price, break-even point production, return on investment. The prospect of chili pepper development can be known by the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The data needed in this study are secondary data and primary data variable cost, fixed cost, price, and quantity of production. Pursuant to result of research of cayenne pepper farm have to value of acceptance equal to Rp. 11.723.333,33., income equal to Rp. 5.618.333,33.,; revenue-cost ratio equal to 1.90; break-even point production equal to 124,14 kg; break-even point price equal to Rp. 26.038,27 and return on investment equal to 90,25%. The prospect of the development of chili pepper farm has a good prospect because based on SWOT analysis is in quadrant I which means very profitable for a business, which has the strength and the chances of mutual support.

Development of the agricultural sector aims to develop agricultural businesses in rural areas that will spur rural economic activity, create jobs and improve the welfare of society grow upstream, downstream and support in enhancing the competitiveness and added value of agricultural products. The purpose of this study to: (i) large knowing rice farming income in Cemara Labat Village Kapuas Kuala District Kapuas regency, (ii) determine the feasibility of rice farming In Cemara Labat Village Kapuas Kuala District Kapuas regency. Determination of respondent committed intentionally (purposive), Total farmer respondents (sample) taken in this study of 30 rice farmers. The analysis used in this research is revenue analysis and feasibility analysis. The results showed that rice farming income in the village of Cemara Labat Kapuas Kuala District of Rp 10.807.462 Ha-1. Rice farm In Cemara Labat Village Kapuas Kuala District Kapuas regency viable with the value of revenue cost ratio (RCR ) to 2.73, which means that any expenditure of Rp 1.000,- will generate revenue of Rp 2.730,-.

UMP’s University forest 4.910 ha with lowland type and peat swamp forest types habitat have many potentials of forest products especially nontimber forest product (NTFP) like latex, resin, honey, traditional medicine and ornamental plant near animal hunting (for stoping program). NTFP is one opportunity of the community to rising of economic values to make a management model for conservation base on the community with more participating to protect the forest. The research method is an NTFP inventory for 2 forest habitats to searching the market opportunity and community focus group discussion (FGD) to combine the data and community assumption. The result of this research Is we can found an effective model of forest protection with economical community participated in our forest for NTFP. NTFP potential in UMP’s University Forest is damar batu (resin), kopal damar (resin), latex of jelutung, rattan and traditional medicine. We need a more fascinating program and socialization activities for the community for other NTFP in UMP’s University Forest. The most productive of 2015-2016 is a resin of Shorea collection by the community with average 50kg/day per collector and average of community income Rp. 125.000,00/day per collector.

Water flea or Latin (Daphnia sp) is one type of natural food that is very important for natural fish feed. But these water fleas are very rare to find if not cultivated, especially in fresh water. This condition causes water fleas to be limited and need to be cultivated. This study aims to determine the effect of apu-apu (Pistia stratiotes l) as an organic fertilizer with different doses of water flea population (Daphnia sp). Usefulness of the research to provide information on the effects of apu-apu (Pistia stratiotes l) as organic fertilizer with different doses of the water flea population (daphnia sp). This research was conducted for two weeks starting from 02 - 17 May 2017. The research was conducted in the Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries of Palangka Raya Christian University. With the implementation method are: preparation of 9 (nine) aquarium for cultivation media of Daphnia sp, making of organic fertilizer, giving different dose respectively: treatment A: 0,25 gr / ltr water, treatment B: 0,50 gr / ltr water, C: 0.75 gr / ltr water treatment, and water quality observation. The results showed that the dosage of apu-apu (0,25) gr / ltr water, (0,50) gr / ltr water and (0,75) gr / ltr of water had a significant effect on the water flea population. Based on further experimental test of significant difference (BNT) with 99% confidence level, showed treatment A dose 0,25 gr / ltr water better than treatment B dose 0,50 gr / ltr water and treatment C 0,75 gr / ltr water and 0.5 gr / ltr water treatment is better than 0.75 g / ltr water. The average of water quality conditions in the maintenance of water fleas in Aquarium are DO = 5,23-5,29 ml / l, pH = 6,43-7,55, Temperature = 26,34- 26,56 C, TDS = 52,33-60.99 ml / l. Water quality parameters strongly support the presence of water flea population.

Laju Erosi terhadap Perubahan Tata Guna Lahan Kawasan Hutan Lindung pada Area Pertanian Desa Sumber Brantas, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu

Keberadaan produktifitas tanah semakin hari semakin menurun, hal ini disebabkan oleh laju erosi. Karakteristik lahan yang tidak sesuai peruntukannya juga akan mengakibatkan produktifitas lahan tersebut menjadi menurun. Peningkatan laju erosi dapat membuat sedimentasi pada sungai dan waduk semakin besar. Desa Sumber Brantas termasuk desa yang berada dalam kawasan rawan longsor, kekeringan dan banjir bandang. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan untuk mendukung keberhasilan penelitian ini yaitu alat tulis, cetok, plastik, kertas label, kamera, clinometer, GPS, ArcGIS 9.3, WEPP versi 2012, dan, Microsoft Office. Pengambilan data di lapangan yang diperlukan sebagai data primer adalah data sampel tanah berupa tekstur tanah, kedalaman tanah, albedo, % pasir, % liat tanah, % bahan organik, nilai Kapasitas Tukar Kation, % batuan, dan albedo. Data sekunder berupa data curah hujan, topografi, jenis tanah dan penggunaan lahan. Total nilai laju erosi yang terjadi pada Desa Sumber Brantas Kecamatan Bumiaji adalah sebanyak 657,700 ton/ha. Total nilai erosi tersebut berasal dari 364,715 ton/ha untuk lahan pertanian, sebanyak 8,898 ton/ha untuk lahan wanatani, sebanyak 283,200 ton/ha untuk pemukiman dan lahan hutan sebanyak 0,882 ton/ha. Total nilai erosi tanah yang terjadi di Desa Sumber Brantas Kecamatan Bumiaji adalah 657,700 ton/ha. Nilai erosi tersebut tergolong ke Kelas Bahaya Erosi V yaitu sangat berat.

Soil quality can be maintained through wise land use. Agroforestry is a solution for land use that keeps soil fertility at the moment. Land use through this agroforestry combines forestry crops with agriculture and/or livestock on a rotating or alternating land. The purpose of this research is to know soil characteristics in rubber agroforestry pattern (Hevea brasiliensis Muell, Arg.). As an interrupted plant Arachis hypogeae. This study was conducted with soil analysis before and after intercropping. Comparing the composition and value of macro nutrient content. Soil characteristics after agroforestry exploitation can be seen from the improvement of macro nutrients, namely: N elements increased from 0.16 mg/100gr to 0.45 mg/100gr. Element P increased from 5.57 to 8.93. For element K of 15.87 increased to 41.50 and organic C increased from 0.83 to 1.55.

Nyaru Menteng Arboretum is one of Conservation area in Palangka Raya for biodiversity protection width 65,2ha and in that area have established an Orang Utan Reintroduction Center from Borneo Orangutan Save Foundation (BOSF). The aims of this research are to estimated the population density of Kelasi in this area and to know many kinds of Kelasi food and the part of trees that Kelasi put to eat. The result of this research that has found one species (young class) in January 2017, then we can find 3 species again in April 2017 there is one male, one female, and one young kelasi. Population density rate of Kelasiof 2017 is 0,06 species/ha that meaning is population density of Kelasi have a degraded experience if comparing with the same population density data on 2007 that found 15 species in the area (in 2 group)with 0,23 species/ha. Food sort of Kelasi is juvenile of : Jambu-jambu (Syzgium cerinum), Saga (Adenathera microsperma), cassava (Manihot utilisima), rubber (Hevea brasiliensis), pineapple (Ananas comosus), Kelakai (Stenochlaena ralustris) dan jackfruit (Artocarpus integra), other fruits and residue of orangutan food in Reintroduction area lie pineapple and papaya.

The objectives of this study were to study: 1) to analyze the response of soybean crops to nutrient uptake of NPK in leaf fertilizer given through spraying of leaves and soil passing through plant roots, 2) to analyze the effectiveness between the two ways of applying leaf fertilizer to soybean plants on peat soil and mineral soil. The study was conducted for four months in March until June 2014. The research was conducted at the location of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry of Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya. The results of the study indicated that: 1) the interaction between the soil type and the application of the liquid fertilizer no significant effect on N uptake in stem + leaf, P uptake in stem + leaf, and K uptake in stem + leaf; 2) liquid NPK fertilizers (NASA) supplied by leaf and soil showed a slightly different response to soybean crops planted on both soil types, and their contribution to growth growth and crop production compared to non-fertilized ones (

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of chicken manure and urea on the growth and yield of onion leaves on inland peat soil. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial with two treatment factors. The first factor is that chicken manure fertilizer application consists of 4 levels, namely: 0, 5, 10 and 15 tons/ha, and the second factor is the provision of urea that consists of 3 levels, namely: 0, 125 and 250 kg/ha. The variables measured were plant height and fresh weight of the leaves of onion plants. The results showed that the interaction between chicken manure and urea fertilizer had no significant effect on all variables observed at all ages observed. Single factor giving 15 tons/ha of chicken manure fertilizer showed growth and better results on the average variable plant height and fresh weight of the leaves of onion plants in inland peat soil. Single factor giving of urea 250 kg/ha showed growth and better results on the average variable plant height and fresh weight of onion plants in inland peat soil.

Logging activities have an impact on changes in composition and standing structure, tree species distribution, community similarity and species diversity. This study aims to determine the diversity of structures and standing composition of logged-over forests. The results show that the composition and structure of the stands are ecologically different, which is indicated by the low type of species equality index. The types of stands at the level of seedlings, stakes, columns and trees from each location are almost all different. But there are some of the same types encountered dominating on the locations of 2005, 2010 and 2015 such as Shorea leprosula, Dipterocarpus borneensis, Shorea laevis, Litsea sp. The stand density at the 2005 block location is higher than the two sites in 2010 and 2015, while the location of 2015 is the location with the lowest stand density.

This study was conducted to identify the characteristics of fruit plants (generally, the environment/habitat and plant morphology fruit) and to determine the content of active compounds (secondary metabolites) plant worth exotic fruit contained in North Barito. This study used survey methods and data analysis was done descriptively qualitative and quantitative in tabular form and image. The results of the study characteristics and phytochemical test five (5) pieces of exotic plant species in North Barito regency from habitat plant fruit trees and lianas, with the composition of single and compound leaves, plant height of 10-15 meters, a lowland forest habitat. Keledang (Artocarpus lanceifolius Roxb) and Dangu (Leukconitis corpidae) which has a white sap. The test results showed the phytochemical content of secondary metabolites consisting of tannin (polyphenols), alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, steroids and terpenoid scattered on the rind, pulp, and seeds.

This study aims to determine the development of the laying duck in village Kamayahan sub-district North Amuntai by using the method of data collection by observation method using a survey method. The Data collection by survey method with the population is as much as 16 breeder laying ducks. The result of research indicating that there is internal issue laying duck caused various constraint that is lack of counseling. Level education of low livestock and lack of capital. its solution, the importance of counseling of duck livestock. While for the strategy of its development including capital, conservancy (prevention of disease).

Acacia is a plant that can be used as the main ingredient of paper making. The potential of acacia wood pulp as the raw material is already widely recognized by the timber industry. Acacia also has potential as a plant greenery in urban areas. Production of acacia plants can be done through the efforts of agricultural extension. Enterprises agricultural extension can be done by expanding the agricultural frontier acacia plants in saline land. The purpose of the study to know acacia plant tolerance to salinity levels in the nursery. The research was conducted from April to July 2013 in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The research is used Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with five treatments NaCl level concentration, ie P1 Without NaCl/Control, P2 (0.5% concentration) P3 (concentration of 1%), P4 (1.5% concentration) and P5 (concentration of 2%). Parameters measured were percentage growth, plant height, leaf number, stem diameter, plant fresh weight and dry weight of plants. The results showed salinity level significantly affected all parameters observed. A salt concentration of 1% is the maximum saline tolerance conditions for growth acacia.

Macroscopic characteristics of palm oil, the colors green and yellow midrib, including coarse texture, have the impression conjecture include rough, fibrous fiber direction straight, belongs to a class of light wood. Frond palm oil when used as a raw material for making paper will produce paper with tensile strength, the strength of folding and bursting strength which is quite high when seen from the results of standardized physical properties of pulp, because it includes quality class II, and the results of variance treatment fronds of palm aged < 5 years and palm fronds aged > 5 years very significant effect on fiber length, fiber diameter, fiber lumen diameter and fiber wall thickness.
The average value dimension palm frond fibers to the fiber length is included in the classification of "Long" (2489.357 m), the diameter of the fiber included in the classification of "Great" (39.827 m), lumen diameter fibers included in the classification of "very large" (25.610 μm), and a wall thickness of fibers included in the classification of "medium" (7,069μm). Values derived fiber dimensions palm fronds are Runkel Ration included in quality classes IV, Weaving Southwestern included in quality class I, Muhlsteph Ration included in quality classes IV, Stiffness coefficient included in quality classes IV and Flexibility Ration included in quality class I. Based the total value of the derivative dimension palm frond fibers which included 375 in class II.

This study aimed to analyze the sensitivity of the bananas kepok farm in the village Bangun Harja District of Seruyan Hilir Timur Regency Seruyan. The method used is in sampling with simple random method (Simple Random Sampling), using the method slovin with a confidence level of 10%, obtained samples of 74 banana growers, for represent the entire population of banana growers in the village Bangun Harja Kecamtan Seruyan Hilir Timur Regency Seruyan. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis performed to obtain a picture or descriptive farming bananas kepok and quantitative analysis was conducted to analyze the costs incurred for activities ranging from the cost of investment, operational, production to marketing and financial analysis used to knowing feasible or not his farming bananas kepok using the criteria for eligibility of investment are: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost ratio (Net B / C), Payback Period and then performed a sensitivity analysis to determine the level of sensitivity to the changes in the farm scenario 1 and 2 were used. The results of the sensitivity analysis shows that the decline in selling prices of bananas kepok more sensitive than the increase in operating costs of farming bananas kepok and a decrease in selling prices of bananas kepok 20%, would lead to farm bananas kepok not worth the effort views of NPV, IRR, Net B/C and Payback Period.

The purpose of this study was to determine the type of food crops which is the leading commodity in regency Kotawaringin Barat and rate of growth of food crops and contribute production of food crops against the total value of crop production. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Badan Pusat Statistik Kotawaringin Barat Regency. The period of data analyzed in this study were between 2010-2014. The method used is location quotient and analyzed klassen typology. Food crops which is the leading commodity in Kotawaringin Barat Regency is a plant rice, corn and peanuts. The structure of production growth of food crops that include advance and rapidly growing category is the rice plant; which includes fast-growing category is the peanut and soybean, which include forward and slow-growing category is the corn crop; and that includes commodities lagging behind is cassava, sweet potatoes and green beans.

This research aims to study the growth response of plant leaf cuttings mother in-law’s tongue (Sansevieria parva) origin of cuttings and various plant growth regulator treatment. Research was using complete randomized block design (RAKL) with 6 replications. The first factor was the origin of cuttings, i.e. the top/tip leaves, the middle leave, and the bottom/leaves base. The second factor was the various plant growth regulator (PGR) treatment i.e. onion extracts, water coconut and Rootone-F. Parameters observed and measured is the experiment root length, number of roots, root wet weight and root dry weight. The results showed that plant growth regulator treatment significant effect on root length, number of roots, root wet weight, and root dry weight. The treatment combination of origin of cuttings and synthetic plant growth regulator by cutting material from the middle to give the best results on the number of root and root wet weight.

The purpose of this study is to analyzes the factors that influence the function of demand for rice in the province of Central Kalimantan during the last 20 years, and to determine the elasticity of demand for rice in the province of Central Kalimantan.
Purposively making research sites in The Province of Central Kalimantan. Data collected in the form of secondary data that is demand for rice in the province of Central Kalimantan during the last 20 years with methods of literature arid study the documents that have been provided are obtained from agencies 1-nd private or government institutions that are related to this research The data analysis using Cobb Douglas function.
The result of this study is that static analysis model adjusted R2 value of 0.945, which means the proportion of the contribution of independent variables to dependent variable amounted to 94.50%, while the remaining 5.50% is explained by other variables outside the- research such as taste, flavor and consumer Preference. Based on F test variable price of rice, the price of instant noodles, per capita income, population, and education together significantly affected the demand for rice. Based on t-test variable number of people significantly influence demand of rice at the rate of 95%, while per capita income and education variables significantly influence demand for rice at 90% confidence level. The variables specified in the model and does not affect the demand for rice in the Province of Central Kalimantan is the price of rice and the prices of instant noodles. Elasticity of demand for static model based on price elasticity, price inelastic. Based on cross elasticity, the price of instant noodles do not include substitute goods. Based on the income elasticity, per capita income, is inferior.

One type of popular corn now is sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.). The high demand for sweet corn is not balanced by productivity generated. One of the limiting factors in the development of sweet corn on dry land is the low level of soil fertility. The application of lime and chicken manure are the key to improving the fertility of dry land. This research aimed to analyze the effect of the interaction and the single factor of the application of lime and chicken manure to the growth and yield of sweet corn on dry land. Conducted in Hamparaya Village of Batumandi District, Balangan Regency of South Kalimantan Province for three months, starting in August until November 2015. The design of environment that used in this study is a group randomized design (GRD), while the design of treatment is Split Plot Design. There are twelve treatment combinations were repeated three times so that there are 36 experimental plots, on each plot consisted of six plants sample so that the total number of samples was 216 plants. The results showed that the treatment interaction was not significant effect to the growth and yield of sweet corn in Bonanza F1 varieties, but a single treatment of the application of lime in dose 1,5 t ha-1 and chicken manure in dose 5 t ha-1 is the best treatment and able to enhance the growth and yield of sweet corn on dry land.

Kalakai containing compounds or substances that included a functional food. One way is the use of plants kalakai processing into chips kalakai. Processed chips kalakai located in the city of Palangka Raya one of which is Imur.
The purpose of this study was to determine the production cost of chips kalakai imur, knowing revenue kalakai imur chips and determine the efficiency of the chips kalakai imur. This research was conducted in Jl. Manjuhan city of Palangka Raya. When the study will take place over four (4) months.
From the results of analysis show that (1) the cost of production of chips kalakai imur Rp. 10,141,200.00 during the period (per month), (2) income kalakai imur chips during the period (per month) Rp. 14.400.000,00, (3) Income/profit business kalakai imur chips during the period (per month) Rp. 4.258.800,00 (4) Efficiency of 1.4 imur kalakai chips.

Celery is a commercial plant that should be cultivated. Nutrient Film Technique Hydroponic cultivation systems is one of the technologies that can be applied in a narrow area, but research of the planting medium and the concentration of nutrients in hydroponiccultivation system for celery plants are rare. This study aimed to analyze the influence interaction planting medium and nutrient concentrations on the growth and yield of celery. The design of this study used split plot design. The main plot were the concentration of nutrients (N): 1200 ppm (n1), 1300 ppm (n2), and 1400 ppm (n3). Subplot were the planting mediums (M): rockwool as control (m0), sawdust (m1), husk fuel (m2), and rice straw (m3). There were twelve combinations, with three replicates. The results showed that treatment interaction was not significant effect on growth and yield, but a single treatment of plant media rockwool and nutrient concentration of 1300 ppm able to increase the growth and yield of celery.

Oyster mushrooms cultivation requires media to resemble the natural habitat of the fungus. Media in Indonesia are usually called by baglog. This study aims to (i) the effect of a variety of growing media on growth and yield of oyster mushroom, and (ii) obtain the best growing media in the growth and yield of oyster mushroom. This research was conducted in Kias Village of Batang Alai District of South Hulu Sungai Tengah South Kalimantan Province, in May until August 2013, using a completely randomized design (CRD), with three treatments and six replications. Each quiz consists of 3 samples. Factors to be examined is the composition of reeds s1 = 80%: 18% bran: 1%, lime: 1% gypsum. s2 = 80% of rice straw: 18% bran: 1%, lime: 1% gypsum. s3 = 80% sawdust: 18% bran: 1%, lime: 1% gypsum. The results showed that the composition of the media influence on a growing number of fruit bodies, wet weight and no effect on the maximum diameter hood fruit treated with the best composition obtained on the composition s3 = 80% sawdust: 18% bran: 1%, lime: 1% casts.

Pertumbuhan Akar Kedelai pada Cekaman Kekeringan

Cekaman kekeringan dapat menyebabkan perubahan sistem perakaran tanaman kedelai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari sistem perakaran beberapa genotipe kedelai pada kondisi kekeringan pada fase vegetatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kaca Cikabayan-IPB menggunakan sepuluh genotipe kedelai (Ratai, Seulawah, Slamet, Tanggamus, Wilis, GC 22-10, PG 57-1, SC 21-5, SC 39-1, SP 30-4) dan PEG (0%, 20%). Cekaman kekeringan hanya diberikan pada fase vegetatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cekaman kekeringan dengan simulasi PEG berpengaruh terhadap panjang akar, jumlah cabang akar dan bobot kering akar.

The state of onion cultivation in the village is good enough, This village is economically advantageous to be developed and cultivated. From the results of calculations using SWOT analysis, then the values obtained from the analysis ofinternal factors (IFAS) by 2.80, then and for the value of the analysis of external factors (EFAS) by 2.76, meaning commodity onion has acomparative advantage the result is not only meet the needs of the region concerned but can be exported out of the territory Tabalong.
The development strategy onion cultivation in Tabalong is aggressive strategy with more focus on SO strategy (Strength-Opportunities), by using force to take advantage of existing opportunities. Strategies (Strength-Opportunities): Develop and improve the image onion farming, develop agro-onion, optimizing groups for integrated pest management, improving the competence of the Human Resource, optimizing the coordination of relevant agencies, expanding markets for the products of onion.

Ramin’s growth and development is very slowly and have many inhibited factore, there are seed specific character with hard coating, too difficult for vegetative propagation, and limited abundant because seedling is very depend to sustainable nature, so there are caused how ramin is rare now. Ramin propagation have done in Sebangau National Park in 2010 with 5 ha wide area of Genepoolin two areas, 3ha area inSungai Koran and 2 ha in Stasiun Riset Lapangan (SSI). In Genepool area development hasn’t have database for growth and development of ramin.This research aim are to monitoring and evaluation growth endurance and to know how about ramin to decreasing in Genepool area.
The parameter of this research is growth endurance, high, diameter and laef growth of Ramin seedling, pest and diseases. Growth endurance percentase for 5 year of growth is 60,70%, average of high 1,42 m, average of diameter 1,69 cm, average of leaf growth 17,61 helai, existence of pest and diseases is insecta attack and human activity. Need a socialiszationabout Genepool existence for minimizing ramin damaged caused human activities.

Indonesia has natural resources that are invaluable, especially so many medicinal plants. The purpose of this study to determine: 1) how big is the hydroponics growth the kencur and dayak onion plant without soil media, 2) the influence of nutrients and nutrient concentrations on the growth of hydroponic crops kencur and dayak onions. Benefits of this study medicinal plants in order to attract sympathy and of interest to those who had been planted in general use medium ground, so that hydroponics is an alternative cultivation techniques.
The results showed that the growth of the plants hydroponically kencur less successful. Hydroponics on dayak onion plants it worked with good growth.

High Conservation Value Areas (HCVA) in palm oil plantation is one of the efforts to reduce the negative impoct of oil palm plantations on biodiversity. The purpose of this study was to to identify bird species in dffirent types of habitats in the conserration area of oil palm plantations, calculate and compare the diversity of bird species and how is the relations with vegetation as habitat componen\ the study location at PT. MSM, Wilmar Plantation Central Kalimantan. The results showed the diversity value of birds and vegetation hos a positive relationship. Forested habitat v,ith heterogeneous vegetation presenting a higher value of diversity bird species than homogeneous vegetation hobitat. The highest diversity of
bird species is the habitot of swampforests (H'3,70) lowland forest (H'3,69), heath forest (H'3,59) and the lowest is the habitat of palm plantatioru (H' 2,60).

Peatland conditions fficted by fire eoch year in Central Kal,imantan, resulting in the disruption of the ecologicol balance. Agroforestry is an option on a solution to restore the function of peatlands. Through case study methodologt, the first phase includes the preparation of the necessary secondary data collection. The second stage is afield survey of data collection bioplrysical, socio-economic and agroforestry systems. The third stage is a data anolysis and presentation ofresearch results.
Based on this research, there are three patterns of agroforestry conducted by people on peat, which is shaped agrisilvikultur, silvopasturo and agrosilvopsstura, where existing agroforestry pattern is the pattern of modern agroforestry. Financial analysis shows that the value of B/C ratio agrisilvikultur = 2.03, silvopastura B / C ratio = 2.68 and agrosilvopastura B/C ratio = 2.5. B /C ratio value is > l means agroforestry pattern is said to be finorrcially beneficial.

The aim of the research is to know the values of acacia expansion in Taman Wisata Alam Bukit Tangkiling at 500 ha at Bukit Batu district of Palangka Raya The conditions of Taman Wisata Alam Bukit Tangkiling have done reforestasi but this area hsve a specific vegetation there are acacia domination. Acacia"s root have a allelopaty matter, itscia can be erwenom to other plant then acacia can be expansi to all area.
The method of this research is Vegetation analysis to know stand potention with 3 strip sampling 100 x 20 m with gap between strip are 50 meter. Intensitas sampling 0,12% for area 500 ha.
The result of this research is the value of acacia expansion in TWA Bukit Tangkiling is 63,71%. This monitoringis canbe use to be a database, and scientiJic studies to definite some treotment to solve this expansion and save the endemic species in TIIA Bukit'fangkiling.

Crop respotwes to drought stress depend on their gerctypes.The purpose of this research was to study the effect of drought stress the growth chqracters of soybean.research was conducted in the Cikabayan greenhouse-IPB using three genotypes of soybean (Slamet, Tanggamus and Wilis) and PEG (0%, 20%). The drought stress was applied only at a vegetative phose. The result showed that the interaction between genotype and PEG, significant. effect on root-shoot length ratio. Drought stress vtith PEG ;imulation causedthe changes in the growth characters of soybean i.e. on shoot length, root-lenght, root-shoot length ratio, leaf dry weight and root dry weight.

The data were collected 42 sample farmers through questionrurires.Then the data were analyzed by using descriptive and nonparametric statistics it's the spearman correlation. The results of research showed thatfarmer satisfaction about farming extesion activities has satisfed category. Dimensions of quality serttices that's tangible, reliability, responseiveness, assurctnce, and empatlry, was positive coruelation with farmer satisfaction at village Kalampangan, Palangko Raya city.

The purpose of this research is gaining influence boiler ash on growth and yield of tomatoes, (4) obtain optimal dosing of boiler ash is curuently applied to some media. This research was conducted at Jl. Manjuhan Palangkaraya. The time of this study will last for 4 months This study uses a completely randomized design factorial 2 factors. The first factor is the dose Abu boiler with a 5 stage treotment (without ash, 5 ton.ha-1, l0 ton ha-1, 15 ton.ha-1 and 20 ton.ha-1 . The second factor is the type of media with 3 levels of treatment (Soil sand, soil Podsolid and Peat. The treatment combinotion obtained as-mony as 15 combinations of treatment, with a repeat 3 times. The survey results reveoled that (1) the interaction of growth media and boiler ash dose showed significantly different results against 2,4 dan 6-wieks after planting variables plant height, amount of leaves on the age, 2, 4 and 6 weeks after, plantig, stem diameter at 4 weeks afier planting, and shoot dry weight lastest research. Treatment combination boiler ash 15 ton / ha and peat media (treatment b4t3) provide significant variahles plant height, leaf amount, diameter of stock, and shoot dry weight.

This article aim to know the effrciency of corn production to achieve the maximal corn product in relation using surface of farmland in which can influences the level of production of corn in Kuwolu village of Kecamatan Bululawang of Kabupaten Malang. Result of analysis of farmer com production in the village of Kuwolu showed that there was a relation between production level of corn with the measure of surface of farmland of
famer. The relation be measured with R/C rasio. According to result of analysis of R/C rasio we can understand that the wide surface of farmland of farmer can not improve the level of corn production (Rp. 2.879.114,62 ha-l with R/C rasio 4,00), while narow surface of farmland of farmer could improve the level of corn production (Rp. 3.054.909,12 ha-1 with R/C rasio 3,43). Because on the wide surface of farmland the program of cultivation of corn not done at all of surface of farmland. For the farm of narrow tight agriculture, corn planted at all of its surface. Pursuant to the result of analysis, be suggested to goverment to be can compile the agriculture policy to increase corn production for the narrow farmland and also wide farmland to improve the production of corn further.

In reality, however, there is corruption here and there from the actions of the hypocrites. Human beings as perfect beings who are mind-wielded by God should use their reason for everything good for themselves and for others. Including plant or tree maintenance for the sake of their environmental sustainability. In addition, we also should not neglect the land because the land can be used for something good. the environment taught by Rasulullah SAW based on revelation, so many we encounter scientific verses of the Qur'an that discusses the environment. The Quranic messages about the environment are very clear and perspective. This authors' journal will try to discuss extensively al-Quran and the environment, since al-Qur'an has explained the importance of safeguarding the environment by laying its foundations and principles globally. The result of the creation of local products, Copasme able to meet the growing demands of global consumers, namely in addition to demanding aspects of pleasure, the enjoyment of local products, consumers still want aspects of health and safety. Copasme is one of the alternative drink sachets developed in Palangkaraya City. From the analysis of copasme sachet business during one period (per month) it is known that (1) production cost is IDR. 6,472,000.00 (2) revenue of IDR. 21,600,000.00, (3) Net income / profit of IDR. 15,128,000.00 (4) Efficiency of 3.3. This shows that the sachet copas business is efficient or feasible.

Pesticides are chemical compounds that are structured to control pests and diseases that attack plants. In Indonesia, pesticides are often used to control pests and diseases that attack plants, but at this time, from pesticides are found many residues, especially in plants and soil causing environmental pollution, especially chemical pesticides. Nabati pesticides are pesticides used for controlling pest and disease for plants made from natural ingredients such as essential oils produced by plants. Nabati pesticides have several advantages such as easily decomposes by sunlight andit does not cause an environmental disturbance. The purpose of this research is 1)To know how to make nabati pesticides 2) To find out how many doses of nabati pesticides are used. The method used in this research is a direct application of crops affected by pests. In two treatments with different doses proved that with a mixing dose of 50 ml of serai extract with 500 ml water was more effective in controlling pests that attacked soursop.

Nutrient availability in the forest soils is affected by forest degradation and deforestation as forest conversion. Peanut (Arachis hypogaea) is included LeguminalesOrdo and able to supply nutrient from the plant parts. As intercrops in agroforestry patterns, peanuts provide interaction for the surrounding soil and plants. The purpose of this research is to know the interaction of peanut plants on nutrient availability and on the growth of rubber plant (Heveabrasiliensis Muell, Arg.) on agroforestry pattern. This research was conducted at the Banjarbaru through the observation of rubber plant growth and soil analysis. Research result shows that peanuts can increase the availability of nutrients in the soil. The N element increases from 0.16% to 0.45%, thereby stimulating vegetative growth (green) such as leaves. The P element increases from 5.57 mg/100gr to 8.93 mg/100gr, the K element increases from 15.87 mg/100gr to 41.50 mg/100 gr, and organic C increased from 0.83% to 1.55%. The interaction of peanut crops as intercropping plants was able to give high impact to the height of the rubber plant, namely 77.68 cm. The impact on the growth of rubber plant diameter also increased by 0.59 cm compared to only the rubber pattern of 0.28 cm.

Studi Adaptasi Ikan Seluang (Rasbora agryotaenia) Berdasarkan Tahap Domestikasi dari Perairan Sebangau

This study aims to determine the adaptation of Seluang fish (Rasbora agryotaenia) based on the domestication stage of Sebangau waters. This research started in January until February 2018. The research method used is a survey and experimental observation. The size of the tarpaulin pond used for domestication is 2 x 3 m, with a water height of 30 cm. The number of fish sampled is 200 heads. Feed is given as much as 5% of the total weight of the fish kept, feeding done twice a day (morning and afternoon). This domestication activity is still not perfect, because only part of the life cycle of fish (Rasbora agryotaenia) can be done in the cultivation system (survival and eating commercial feed). During maintenance activities, the amount of feed used was 63.840 g with the final weight of the fish was 16.905 g. Survival rate (SR) of fish (Rasbora agryotaenia) during maintenance was 73.5% and deaths 26.5%. From the calculation is known that the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) for fish (Rasbora agryotaenia) 2.8. This domestication stage starts with the preparation of maintenance pools, fishing in nature, sorting, distribution, and maintenance. During maintenance, five samples of sample fish were taken and five times the pool water quality measurement. From the five weights of the sample fish, it is known that the average weight of the fish is kept, I = 0.003 g, II = 0.042 g, III = 0.051 g, IV = 0.082 g, V = 0.115 g. From the measurement of water quality of tarpaulin ponds, it is known that the mean value of water quality parameters, for DO ranges from 1.5 to 8.8 mg / L, the pH ranges from 5.5 to 7.2 and temperatures range from 27.4 to 27.7 0C.

Information on the condition of the springs debit is a decisive aspect in sustainable forest management so that the appropriate method of measuring the flow of a spring shall be known. The formulation of this research problem is the effectiveness of the floating method and the floating method and which method is more effective to be used in the measurement of the spring discharge. How the condition of the existing spring in the rehabilitation area by PT. Gudang Garam TBK Prigen Block Forest Park Raden Soerjo. Methods used in data collection with field observation techniques, documentation, interviews, and questioners based on Antecedent aspects, Implementation aspects and aspects of Outcome. This research was conducted from December 2017 to January 2018 in the rehabilitation area by PT. Gudang Garam TBK Block Prigen Raya Forest Park Raden Soerjo. The results obtained on the aspect of Antecedent in terms of easy procurement tool on the method of catch is quite easy with the scoring interval of 83.33% and floating method is very easy with scoring interval 76.67%. The cost of procurement tool is a very cheap method of catch with scoring interval 85,56% and cheap floating method with scoring interval 73,33%. The result of the measurement of the springs debit on the Implementation aspect is the method of the catch has a working performance of 4.85 springs/hour and the floating method has a working performance of 4.65 springs/hour. The data processing of springs debit using the method of the catch has a working performance of 62.57 springs/hour data and floating method has a working performance of 48.59 springs/hour data. The result on the outcome aspect of the difference of the measurement result of the debit method of catch is slightly having the interval score of 77.78% and the floating method has an interval score of 68.89%. Around the study site, there are six springs namely the water of Kubisan 1, Kubisan 2, Alap-Alap, Grojokan Pring 1, Grojokan Pring 2 and Jeding Pendem. The measurement of the discharge of spring water using the catch method is generally more effective than the floating method so that the use of the catchment method in the measurement of the spring discharge is preferred. The condition of the springs based on observations has a good physical condition.

This research aims were to find the effect of giving Toffu (Soybean production) Waste and Kayambang with Chicken Manure as The Ameliorant on Growth and Yield of Sweet Corn (Zea mays saccharataSturt) Cultivation in Peat Soil. Then, to find the effect of giving both of Toffu Waste and Kayambang on Growth and Yield of Sweet Corn Cultivation in Peat Soil. Also to find the effect of giving Chicken Manure only on Growth and Yield of Sweet Corn Cultivation in Peat Soil. Moreover, this research design was a field experiment design that was arranged by using Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 (two) treatment factors and 3 (three) repetitions. In addition, the factors in this research were: first factor (A) were toffu waste and kayambang with 5 levels, those we:A0 (Without added bytoffuwaste and kayambang), A1 (Toffu waste 5 ton acre-1), A2 (Toffu waste 10 ton acre-1), A3 (kayambang 5 ton acre-1), and A4 (kayambang 10 ton acre-1). While the second factors (B) were chicken manure with 3 levels, those were B0 (without chicken manure), B1 (chicken manure 5 ton acre-1), and B2 (chicken manure 10 ton acre-1). Furthermore, the result of this research showed that the interaction of giving Toffu (Soybean production) Waste and Kayambang with Chicken Manure as The Ameliorant gave the real effect to the ratio of between shoot and root, also the yield of Sweet Corn (Zea mays saccharataSturt), especially in the weight of sweet corn cob with and without its cover, also the diameter of the cob. As the result, the using of toffu waste and kayambang as ameliorant showed high effect to the plant. While the using of chicken manure gave effects to the vegetation growth (plant high, leaves weight, shoot dry weight, roots dried weight) and to the lenght of the sweet corn cob in the harvest time.

Physical Characteristics and Durability of Cemara Gunung Wood (Casuarina junghuniana) in the Mt. Bromo Probolinggo. The purpose of this study is to find out the physical characteristics of Cemara Gunung wood and to know the durability of Cemara Gunung wood toward termite. The using methods knew the water content, density, and the development of wood thickness. Meanwhile, the selecting of wood durability test without the picking of using soil termites (Macrotermes gilvus) against the three wood samples by using (SNI) 01-7207-2014 regarding the durability of wood test towards wood-destroying organisms. The deriving results showed that the moisture content of the sapwood portion was more significant than the heartwood, based upon the highest density test on the heartwood, which was 1.24 g/cm3, the density of sapwood I and sapwood II was almost equal to 0.81-0, 82g/cm3. The higher the density value, the stronger the wood. The full development is directly proportional to density, the total development value of the two treatments is not too high due to hard Cemara Gunung wood. Based on the termite test showed the average weight reduction in the wood core test sample <3.52% (very resistant) class I. For testing sapwood, I and sapwood II (preservative) were not much different because it was included in the privileged class (3, 52-7,50) (class II). From the three trials of termite in bottles, the 15-day test (the bottle I) was the most effective followed by bottle II and bottle III.

Pamekasan Regency is one of the rice-producing areas in Madura. The problem which is the main subject of this research is how the quality of farmer grain quality in Pamekasan Regency. The study aimed to analyze the quality of Pamekasan Regency grain. This type of research is descriptive - quantitative, namely the type of research that combines quantitative and qualitative research. The analysis states that Pamekasan grain has a quantitative percentage of an empty grain of 0.9%, 3.2% green/lime grains, 18.6% yellow/damaged grains, and 0.3% red grains. It also fulfills the requirements for grain quality qualitative consisting of four characters, namely: 1) free of pests and diseases, 2) free of foul odors, acids and other odors, 3) free of chemicals and residual fertilizers, insecticides and fungicides, and 4) unhusked rice so that it has met the requirements of SNI quality grade grain quality standards II.

Teak (Tectona grandis L.f) is one of the tropical plants that have high economic value. Teak plants are also often attacked by various types of pests, which results in a decrease in the quality and quantity of growth and yield. This research was conducted aimed at identifying the types of pests that damage the leaves of teak plants and determine the intensity of damage and frequency of pest attacks on teak plants located in Klamalu Village, Mariat District, Sorong Regency. Data retrieval is done by dividing five simple random lines, five plots taken as samples. The results showed several types of pests that attacked teak plants namely grasshoppers, aphids, teak leaf caterpillars, and white mites, with an average damage intensity due to the attack of locust pests 28.93% classified as moderate damage, caterpillar pest attack 22.53 % was classified as a criterion of mild impairment, 6.8% white flea pest attacks classified as criteria for minor damage and infestation attacks 5.7% were classified as criteria for minor damage. The frequency of attacks for each type of pest is Grasshopper Pests 35.2%, Teak Leaf Caterpillar Pests 30.4%, White Louse Pests 8.8% and Leaf Louse Pests by 4%

Kabun is a traditional farming system commonly practiced by people in Katingan District, Central Kalimantan. Land management carried out by the people of Katingan District since long ago using shifting cultivation. This farming system is an agroforestry system. The existence of "kabun" is expected as one of the mitigations of climate change, by maintaining the vegetation in the "kabun." The purpose of this study is to predict carbon storage of "kabun" as well as the history of management in the Buntut Bali Village, Pulau Malan subdistrict, Katingan District, Central Kalimantan. This research was carried out destructively for understorey and litter, and nondestructive for tree biomass and woody necromasses were carried out in 3 observation plots. In the observation plot 1 was obtained carbon stocks of 88.915 tons/ha, the presence of tree biomass contributed to carbon reserves of 81.263 tons/ha; plot of observations of the 2 carbon stocks obtained was 66,928 tons / ha, the most significant contribution of carbon stocks came from tree biomass 61,209 tons/ha; The plot of observations of the 3 carbon stocks was obtained at 72,375 tons/ha, and the biomass contribution of trees was 65,643 tons / ha.

Black Rice is a local commodity which apparently was not found in the Ciemas area of Sukabumi Regency alone, in several Districts in Sukabumi Regency, namely in the Districts of Waluran, Cidolog, and Kabandungan. Black rice from the nutritional content and benefits is no less significant. Black Rice prices are higher than white rice or consumption rice. Every Black Rice farmer still has problems in carrying out the postharvest handling process. This is the case with Chain Management (SCM) or supplies chain management by farmers; farmers also do this with different patterns. The income of lowland rice farmers is uncertain. Because the benefits of black rice and farmers' income fluctuate every year, it is necessary to check postharvest handling and to know and analyze how efficient workflows are to accelerate supply chain management, black rice reaches consumers and makes more enormous profits. Rather than spending money on black rice entrepreneurs. The results show that the postharvest handling process and the SCM pattern affect the income of farmers in Waluran, Ciemas, Surade, Cidolog, and Kabandungan, Sukabumi Regency.

Pathogen attacks often occur on oil palm plants, particularly on the central nursery. Factors that affect the attack are plant and environmental factors. This study aims to determine the location of planting (temperature and humidity) and the administration of KCL fertilizer on the invasion of fungal pathogens on oil palm plants (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) In nurseries (Main - nursery). This research was carried out on Jalan Jendral Sudirman Km. 9, Pasir Putih Village, Baamang District, East Kotawaringin Regency, Sampit. The testing of palm oil seedling samples was carried out at the Plant Quarantine Laboratory, Palangka Raya Class II Agricultural Quarantine Center. The design of this study was Split Plots Design. The planting location factors were considered to be more influential, so they are placed as main plots with three levels, namely the location of the greenhouse, open space and using 80% paranet and KCL fertilizer as a subplot with two levels. Each plot was compiled with RAL with four replications. The results of the study obtained both planting systems, environmental factors in the form of temperature and humidity, as well as giving KCl fertilizer as a whole have a significant effect on the growth of fungal pathogens on oil palm plants. In cultivating oil palm plants, it is recommended to use the planting system in open land by providing KCl fertilizer.

Hati Tanah tuber (Angiopteris sp) is a plant part that is often used by Dayak tribes in Central Kalimantan as a medicine to heal wounds. This plant is known to contain flavonoid, saponin, tannin and catechol compounds which in previous studies have proven that ethanol extract of this plant can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus is a Gram-positive bacterium that causes infection in wounds. Some of these strains of bacteria are resistant to available antibiotics. In this study two bases of ointment were used, namely, the bottom of the hydrocarbon ointment and the base of the water-soluble lotion. This study aims to determine the ointment formulation which can inhibit the growth of S. aureus bacteria. Plant extraction is done by the soxhletation method. The inhibitory test in this study uses a process of planting discs that contain active substances as the primary test material. The results showed that the base ointment formulation which could inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria was an ointment formulation with a water-soluble base.

Tingkat Keuntungan Pengadaan Bibit pada Persemaian CV. Emas Sakti Kabupaten Pulang Pisau Kalimantan Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam pengadaan benih di persemaian serta tingkat keuntungan yang diperoleh. Manfaat dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi atau gambaran mengenai biaya yang dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan untuk pengembangan benih siap pakai dalam mendukung kelestarian hutan berkelanjutan.
Besarnya biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan untuk pengadaan bibit adalah Rp 184.635.000,- yang terdiri dari biaya tetap Rp 29.625.000,- dan biaya tidak tetap sebesar Rp 155.010.000,-. Bibit yang diproduksi sebanyak 85.000 bibit yang berasal dari anakan dan stek dimana harga bibit bervariasi dengan harga bibit rata-rata Rp 3.049,- per bibit. Besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh CV. Emas Sakti selama 1 tahun adalah sebesar Rp 259.200.000,-
Secara finansial pengadaan bibit dipersemaian CV. Emas Sakti adalah menguntungkan dengan tingkat keuntungan sebesar Rp 74.565.000,-. Nilai BCR yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 1,403 dan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan bibit mendapatkan keuntungan dari hasil usaha yang dilakukan dan dapat dilanjutkan. Break Event Point (BEP) atau titik impas perusahaan persemaian berada pada tingkat penerimaan sebesar Rp 73.699.969,8 berada di bawah hasil penjualan yang nyata yaitu Rp 259.200.000,- jadi usahanya menguntungkan.

Prospek Pengembangan Wisata Danau Bulat Di Kabupaten Katingan Kalimantan Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat wisata bagi pengembangan ekonomi wilayah dan prospek pengembangan wilayah. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian adalah diperolehnya informasi tentang potensi wisata yang ada di Danau Bulat, sehingga dapat mendukung perkembangan kawasan tersebut serta adanya informasi tentang manfaat ekonomi, permintaan ekowisata dan penilaian yang wajar terhadap keberadaan kawasan wisata oleh masyarakat di Jahanjang sebagai dasar pengembangan wisata. Pengunjung di objek wisata danau bulat sebagaian besar merupakan penduduk kota Kasongan. Kawasan wisata Danu Bulat mempunyai nilai bagi masyarakat, sehingga cukup alasan untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkannya. Kegiatan wisata di objek wisata Danau Bulat berdampak positip terhadap perekonomian di sekitar objek wisata Danau Bulat yang diperkirakan manfaat ekonominya pada tahun 2015 mencapai Rp242juta, dimana yang masuk ke pengelola sebesar Rp99,6juta dan yang masuk ke pedagang makanan dan minuman sebesar Rp142,4juta. Wisata di Danau Bulat masih prospektif untuk dikembangkan dengan strategi pengembangan berupa perbaikan manajemen organisasi lapangan, penyelamatan sarana dan prasarana dari kerusakan, memfungsikan sarana dan prasarana yang telah ada, penyesuaian retribusi, meningkatkan pemasaran dan mendesain tata ruang kawasan pemanfaatan dengan menitik beratkan pada daya tarik unggulan kawasan wisata.

The utilization of sago waste as a source of organic material, namely compost will provide positive values for both plants and soil productivity and reduce the cost of purchasing chicken manure which is increasingly expensive. Research conductedon dry land in the dry seasonat a land plot of header/ tajuk varieties red onionusing the treatment of sago waste compost dosage. The treatment of sago waste compost doses, among others KS 0 = control, KS 1 = 35 t/ha, KS 2 = 70 t/ha dan KS 3 = 105 t/ha. The results showed no significant differences between treatments on the growth parameters of red onion aged 2 MST and 4 MST. However, the dry production parameters show that KS treatment differs only with KS 0. Respectively 11,56 t/ha compared to 9,61 t/ha. The treatment of sago waste compost dosage also has a good effect on decreasing the value of soil bulk density, increasing soil water content and also soil porosity. It is associated with the increased dose of sago waste compost then further increase the number of earthworm populations at different depths in the soil. At a depth of 0-15 cm the highest population of earthworms at KS 3 reached 1,077/ 2m2while KS 0 is only 309/2m2.

This study was carried out on a single observation plot measuring 20 m x 100 m in the Tegakan Benih Tersertifikasi (TBT) “Pambelum in Palangka Raya City to determine of carbon stocks in five carbon sources. The method used in this study is destructive methods to determine the amount of carbon stocks in litter, and understorey, non-destructive to measure carbon stocks in tree biomass, woody necromass, and roots. Total carbon stored in TBT Pambelum is 196.695 tons / ha, where tree biomass contributes carbon at 62.67% (123.264 tons / ha); rooting contributes carbon at 23.19% (45.608 tons/ha); carbon deposits on land at 12.34% (24,281 tons/ha); litter of 1.34% (2.736 tons/ha); understorey of 0.40% (0.785 tons/ha); and woody necromass of 0.01% (0.020 tons/ha).

Strawberry (Fragaria sp) a part of Rosaceae family is fruit that have high economic value, and is very popular in Indonesia. Peat soils in Palangka Raya which have relatively acidic soil and high air temperatures are not agro-climately for strawberry plants. The use of Landrace strawberry varieties, organic and inorganic fertilizers are expected to produce quality strawberry production. The objectives of this study were (1) to find out the growth, yield, and level of sweetness of strawberries, (2) to get the right dose of organic fertilizer and KP fertilizer for strawberry cultivation, (3) to find out the sweetness level of lowland strawberries compared to the results of plateau (Java). This research was carried out in polybags located on Jl. Manjuhan Palangka Raya Central Kalimantan for 5 (five) months. This study was prepared using Factorial Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD), consisting of two factors. The first factor was the use of doses of chicken manure (A) consisting of 3 levels namely: 20 tons / ha (A1), 40 tons / ha (A2), 60 tons / ha (A3), meanwhile the second were giving KP (M) inorganic fertilizers, consisting from 3 levels of concentration namely: 4 grams / liter (M1), 5 grams / liter (M2) and 6 grams / liter (M3). All of the treatments were replicated 3 times thus getting 27 unit of treatments. The results of this study were (1) The interaction of treatment of organic fertilizer with KP fertilizer had an effect on the variable number of leaves aged 28 HST, time of flower appearance, strawberry sweetness level, (2) The best treatment combination yields the sweetness of strawberries at 60 kg/ha and KP fertilizer at doses of 6 gr/l, and (3) Comparison of the quality of strawberry production from Palangkaraya with Java strawberries is still low in size, fruit diameter, but the sweetness of 0.13 brix times than strawberries from Java.

In soybean cultivation the use of fertilizers is needed in both single and compound forms. Given that fertilizer prices are quite expensive; their use must be efficient. Problems faced where farmers are still often not cultivating soybean plants. Though soybean plants require high N, P, and K nutrients. The research was carried out in the experimental gardens of the Agricultural Training Center for the Food and Horticulture Crops of Papua Province in May to August 2016. The data analysis was done using tabulation and processed using the program Excel. Planting Anjasmoro variety of soybeans was done using NPK compaction 15-15-15 + TE compound DGW production from PT. Hextar Fertilizer Indonesia with a dose of 140.06 kg / ha can produce an average plant height of 86.85 cm and yields with a production of 3.83 tons / ha and a weight of 100 seeds is 17 gr / 100 seeds. This fact shows that the use of NPK compound fertilizer can be recommended as a supplementary fertilizer to increase soybean growth and proudness. However, NPK compound fertilizer can also be used as a basic fertilizer if the availability of a single fertilizer N, P, and K is not available or more expensive with regard to the adequacy or dosage of its use.

This study aims to determine the vegetative growth response of saplings of red ginger (Zingiber officinale) to the administration of red onion extract and Trichoderma biological fertilizer. Experiments were arranged factorially using a completely randomized design (CRD). The first factor is the concentration of red onion extract which consists of three levels, namely: 0 gr, 125 gr, and 250 gr per liter of shallot extract; the second factor is Trichoderma biological fertilizer, consisting of: without biological fertilizer and with Trichoderma biological fertilizer. Each combination of treatments was repeated 4 times, to obtain 24 experimental units. The variables observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves, increase in stem diameter (cm), stover wet weight (gr), and dry stover weight (gr) at 24-60 days after planting (DAP). Data were analyzed by variance at the level of 5% to determine the effect of treatment, to find out the differences between treatments were carried out by 5% HSD. The results showed that there was a significant interaction effect between red onion extract and Trichoderma biofertilizer on the increase of high growth of red ginger tillers at 36 and 48 DAP. Both factors and their interactions were not significant for the number of leaves, stem diameter, wet weight, and dry stover weight. The treatment of 125 gr/l shallot extract and Trichoderma biofertilizer produced the highest response of the number of leaves and stem diameter at 60 DAP.

Study of Effect of compound fertilizer and mixture of peat soil with mineral soil on growth of Durian (Durio Murr) tillers. The aim is to determine the levels of compound fertilizer and the comparison of mineral soil mixtures that have the best influence on the growth of Durian tillers. Time used for three months. Complete Random Design with two factors. The first factor is compound fertilizer (P) composition of N, P and K content 16: 16: 16. The levels tested are four, namely 0 gram (p0), 1 gram (p1), 2 gram (p2) and 3 gram (p3) per poly bag. The second factor is the mixture of peat soil with mineral soil (T) with 4 comparisons: without mineral soil + 100% peat (t0), 5% mineral soil + 95% peat soil (t1), 10% mineral soil + 90% peat soil (t2 ), 15% mineral soil + 85% peat soil (t3). The results of the experiments that have been conducted can be concluded: The effect of interaction between mineral soil and compound fertilizer only occurs on increasing diameter and root wet weight. The parameters of leaf number, height increase, shoot wet weight and root dry weight, interactions were not significantly different. Interactively, the best effect is given by t2p1 = 23.33 mm on increasing diameter. The root wet weight is given by t2p1 = 7.5 grams. Independently mineral soil 5-10% of the polybag provides the best average value of growth against the test parameters. Compound fertilizer provides the best average value at the level of 1-2 grams of compound fertilizer / polybag.

The tendency for excessive consumption of MSG has prompted various studies to find a replacement. One of the ingredients studied is Sungkai leaf powder (Albertisia papuana Becc) which has been used by people in Kalimantan as a flavor enhancer. This study aims to determine the dosage of use of sungkai leaves which is preferred by panelists through organoleptic tests. Panelists (as many as 104 panelists) were selected by incidental sampling from among housewives (32), food traders (17), students of the UPR industrial technology program (41) and ordinary people (14). The treatments were made in 5 levels, namely control (M1), 0.5 gram / L (M2), 1.0 gram / L (M3), 1.5 gram / L (M4) and 2.0 gram / L (M5) ). The results showed that Sungkai leaf powder (Albertisia papuana Becc) can be used as a natural food delicacy because it can raised umami (delicious taste), which is caused by the synergy of protein, natrium and free amino acids. The panelists' response to the optimal dose of using sungkai leaf powder varies greatly depending on the habits and tastes of the panelists. This study also concluded that the application of Sungkai leaf powder was not too dominant in adding flavor and changing the color of the dishes.

Communities in Tumbang Nusa Village, Jabiren Raya District Pulang Pisau Regency began to develop prupuk (Phragmites karka (Retz) Trin ex Steud) as a straw material to replace plastik that is difficult to decompose. This study aims to calculate the cost of production, develop a selling price scenario and conduct a feasibility study on the development of straws from prupuk. Primary data was collected from 20 people involved in making pru[uk straws and supplemented with secondary data from various previous studies and publications.
The results of this study indicate that the cost of production of prupuk straws ranges between IDR 374.3 - IDR 408.68 per pcs. The proportion of prupuk straw financing is for the purchase of raw materials (59.72% to 65.14%), labor costs (34.36% to 39.58%) and overhead costs for capital financing (0.6% to 0.7 %). Determination of the selling price is done by adding the cost of goods manufactured to the desired profit (mark up method) with scenario I with a profit rate of 10% (amounting to IDR 389.04 for large packages and IDR 449.54 for small packages) to scenario VI with a level of 60% profit (IDR 565.88 for large packages and IDR 653.88 for small packages). In terms of price, determining the selling price up to scenario VI can still compete with the prices of its competitors, namely bamboo straws. Although the price of the product is competitive, the level of labor productivity is very low. At the break even point condition, the maximum labor income is only IDR 180,062.74. When compared with the UMR District of Pulang Pisau, the income contribution received from making this purun straw is very small (only 6.11%). In order to achieve an income level equivalent to the UMR of Pulang Pisau Regency, a production turnover of 383 pcs per person per day is needed or equal to 7,652 pcs per person per month. In order to improve the quality and quantity of prupuk straws, it is necessary to apply production technology.

Ecotourism is responsible travel journey towards environmental sustainability and well being of local communities. The purpose of this reseach was to describe the participation of ecotourism actors on conservation activity at STPN region III Tanjung Harapan, Tanjung Puting National Park . This research is a combination of a qualitative descriptive and quantitative methods with the respondent survey, and skoring analysis methods. The result showed that the value of participation of ecotourism actors is 1.486 which is categorized as medium participation level. The level of participation for conservation efforts by ecotourism actors has been good, they are awareness about conservation likely silence on feeding area, not disposing of waste and taking forest resources, and involvement in ecotourism activities. It is important to increase conservation campaigns through ecotourism and conservation education for ecotourims actors

Peatland agroforestry management that is commonly carried out by the community is the burnt peel system. Where peat is peeled and burned, it is then used as a planting medium. Over time, this system will reduce the land surface. But there is a different system. Through the method without combustion by adding organic material above the soil surface. So as the land surface does not decrease, it will even increase in height. This study aims to (1) determine the ecological value of land with a peel-burn system and the addition of minerals without fuel, (2) determine the effectiveness of the peatland management system. The variables observed / measured in this study were (1) the content of macro nutrients (N, P, K) from the system pattern of management of firewood peel and the management system of mineral soil addition. (2) Agroforestry patterns implemented by farmers at the study site. The results showed that the method of agroforestry without burning provides more nutrients than peeled fuel. Increased soil pH is also higher than burnt peel. This method is more environmentally friendly because the peat ecosystem is maintained and the most important thing is the height of the land surface continues to increase during the exploitation time.

The forest and land fires in 2015 caused severe damage to forest areas at Sebangau National Park and KHDTK Tumbang Nusa, where the condition has not to be able to recover as before. This research objective is knowing the effect of forest and land fires on vegetation and the succession process that is happened at TN. Sebangau and KHDTK Tumbang Nusa with methodology field survey and making plots (PU) on the burnt and un-burnt forest for the comparison. Data observation and collection were done appropriately with the vegetation strata, namely the level of seedlings, saplings, poles, and trees. The data analysis used quantitative with calculating the Species Dominance, Species Diversity, Species Richness, and Species Evenness.
The research result shows the un-burnt land was observed in TN. Sebangau there are 29 vegetation species, meanwhile the burnt land there are found only rejuvenation level plants, namely Seedlings and Saplings where there are two vegetation species at TN. Sabangau and 4 vegetation species at KHDTK. For species dominance is indicated by a high INP value, the greater value of INP means the forest composition is good enough in terms of density and frequency of species presence. In Sebangau, the highest value of dominance is Tutup Kabali (Diospyros pseudomalabarica) for the tree level, Rambutan Hutan (Nephelium lappaceum) for pole and sapling levels, and Bangkinang (Elaeocarpus glaber Bl) for seedling level, while in KHDTK is Milas/Tumeh (Combretacarpus rotundatus) for the seedling and sapling levels, and Gerunggang (Cratoxylon arborescens) for pole and tree levels. The Analysis Number of species diversity, richness, and evenness species in the two research locations do not show a high value which from data processing result shows the range is low to moderate, nothing high.
On burnt land, the succession process happens very slowly because it experienced the severe degradation of land causing the erosion/ subsidence of soil surface so that the forest floor was flooded as the impact of the open canopy and no shade from the bush that dominated.

Water hyacinth, giant salvinia and water lettuce are widely available in Central Kalimantan that can be used as organic fertilizer. This study aims to determine the nutrient content of solid and liquid organic fertilizers in water hyacinth, giant salvinia and water lettuce fertilizers. The results showed that solid organic fertilizer/compost and water hyacinth, water lettuce and giant salvinia liquid fertilizer have nutrient content needed by plants. In solid fertilizers, the Nitrogen of giant salviniacontent was 2.43% and lack of the minimum standard of solid organic fertilizer, while Phospor and Potassium content were not included in the standard. The lowness of productivity of spinach in Central Kalimantan is related to the kind of land used in the cultivation of the crop. This research attempt to find the effect of ameliorant on the growth and the harvest of spinach. The research was conducted from December 2018 until February 2019 in Kebun Percobaan dan Penelitian (KP2) Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya, Jln. Anggrek, Kelurahan Kereng Bengkirai, Kecamatan Sebangau, Kota Palangkaraya, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. The ameliorant applied in the research were chicken manure, dolomite and limestone. The research was conducted in the completely random design with five replications. The results indicate that the ameliorant significantly affected the plant height and the number of leaves on the 14, 21 and 28 day after plantation. The ameliorant also affected on the plant fresh weight significantly.

Energy is a major component in human daily life so it is needed in daily activities and production. The main source of energy used today comes from fossils such as petroleum, natural gas and coal which are non-renewable, unsustainable, limited in existence and can damage the environment. One of the more environmentally friendly and renewable energy substitutes is charcoal briquettes. The raw material used for the manufacture of charcoal briquettes is charcoal powder from biomass waste in land clearing in the Village of Kalampangan, Palangka Raya City. The fire burn the Kalampangan urban area in 2015. The burning area makes succession and overgrown of pioneer plants such as Gerunggang and Tumih that cannot use maximum. Both types of wood can be used as material for making charcoal briquettes. The purpose of this study is to determine the physical and mechanical properties of charcoal briquettes produced from biomass waste without burning fuel with several raw material compositions from Gerunggang and Tumih charcoal powders. The charcoal briquettes refer to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 01-6235-2000) and ESDM Permen No. No. 047 of 2006. The number of treatments was 5 (T100: G0; T25: G75; T50: G50; T75: G25 and T0: G100) of 3 replications. The composition with the most potential test results in accordance with the both of standards that used is the composition of T100: G0 with a lower moisture content of 10.10%, density 0.98 g/cm3, and compressive strength 25.68 kg/cm2.

Pertanian organik merupakan teknik budidaya pertanian yang berorientasi pada pemanfaatan bahan-bahan alami (lokal) denganmenekankanpada kestabilanlingkungan sedangkan pertanian konvensional merupakan kebiasaan yang dilakukan petani setempat.Indikatorkestabilan pertanianorganik maupun konvensional dapatdiketahuidaridiversitas dankelimpahan arthropoda nokturnal.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas arthropoda nokturnal pada jagung manis dan kacang panjang organik dan konvensional di lahan gambut. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada lahan seluas 210 m2, yang dibagi menjadi 12 petak percobaan (luas per petak 12 m2). Lahan tersebut ditanami sayuran jagung manis dan kacang panjang dengan perlakuan organik dan konvensional. Penelitian menggunakan teknik perangkap cahaya (Light Trap)untuk menangkap arthropoda nokturnal. Pengolahan data ditabulasi dengan Microsoft Excel. Pada petak organik dijumpai 8 Ordo dan 25 famili, sedangkan pada petak konvensional dijumpai 7 ordo dan 28 famili. Komposisi peran ekologis arthropodanokturnal yang ditemukanpada petak organik maupun konvensional terdiri dari predator (62,50%), hama (18,54%),serangga berguna lainnya (10,00%) dan parasitoid (8,96%). Diversitas arthropoda nokturnal yang diperoleh pada petak organik kacang panjang berdasarkan indeks diversitas Shannon-Wiener menunjukkan nila tertinggi (H'=2,12), sedangkan petak lainnya menunjukkan nilai H > 1.

Keragaan Berbagai Varietas Bunga Kol di Lahan Gambut Sangat Dalam Pada Musim Kemarau

Lahan gambut tergolong lahan suboptimal yang memiliki kendala kemasaman yang tinggi, unsur meracun dan ketersediaan air. Lahan gambut saat musim hujan kelebihan air, sebaliknya saat musim kemarau kekurangan air. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui varietas bunga kol yang adaptif dengan di lahan gambut sangat dalam (7m) pada saat musim kemarau. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK6x3). Perlakuan varietas bunga kol ada enam jenis, antara lain: PM 126 F1, Mona F1,Diamond F1, Bima 45 F1, Ilona F1, dan Snow White F1. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur N, P, K tanah gambut lokasi penelitian sangat tinggi sebagai akibat pengelolaan budidaya sayuran secara terus menerus. Parameter agronomis menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan jumlah daun, namun berat brangkasan tertinggi diperoleh Bima 45 F1 sebesar 0,513 kg/tan berbeda nyata dengan Ilona F1 (0,233 kg/tan) dan PM 126 F1 (0,289 kg/tan). Parameter produksi tidak terdapat beda nyata pada berat bunga kol, namun terdapat beda nyata pada diameter bunga kol. Parameter diamaeter bunga kol tertinggidiperoleh Bima 45 F1 (16,63 cm) berbeda nyata dengan lainnya kecuali dengan Diamond F1 (14,0 cm). Pada parameter mutu maka terdapat perbedaan nyata kemanisan total, varietas Snow White F1 tertinggi tingkat kemanisannya mencapai 8,7 oBrix berbeda nyata dengan varietas lainnya, sedangkan kemanisan terendah diperoleh PM 126 F1sebesar 5,5 oBrix.

This research aims to know the effect interaction of application of types and different dosage of organic fertilizers on production and fruit quality of melons on peatlands, effect of application of types and different dosage of organic fertilizers on production and fruit quality of melons on peatlands, and the agronomic efficiency of the use of several types and different dosage of organic fertilizers on production of melons on peatlands. This research design was used as a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consists of two factors with 4 replication. The first factor consisted of types of organic fertilizer (P) i.e. chicken manure (PA), guano manure (PG), and cow manure (PS). The second factor consisted of fertilizer dosage (D) i.e. 0 tons ha-1 (without fertilization, called control), D1 = 15 tons ha-1, D2 = 30 tons ha-1 and D3 = 45 tons ha-1. The data obtained by analysis of variance (ANOVA) or F test at α = 5% and 1% levels to determine the effect of treatment was tested further by HSD (honestly significant difference) testat the level of 5%. The result shows that the interaction type of organic fertilizer and the dosage of organic fertilizer treatment significant effect on the weight of the melon. Chicken manure is the best organic fertilizer on the size and quality of the melon. Dosage of 45 tons ha-1 organic fertilizer gave the highest results but it was not significantly different with a dosage of 30 tons ha-1. The use of chicken manure fertilizer of 30 tons ha-1 is more efficient in agronomy in increasing melons yield on peatlands.

The anaerobic decomposition process of organic matter in EFB from straw mushroom media waste with the addition of substrates from manur, sludge, EM4 and POME is an alternative treatment of organic material by producing compost and biogas. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of substrate in the composting process of EFB from the waste media of straw mushrooms and the content of chemical nutrients in compost EFB with anaerobic fermentation. The composting process is carried out by inserting EFB in anaerobic bioreactors and adding substrates containing the starter. During the decomposition process observations were carried out every week and every two weeks. The parameters analyzed are temperature, pH, C/N, available P, K-dd and biogas volume. The results showed that the anaerobic organic matter decomposition process carried out for 8 weeks contained the highest biogas production when treated using a substrate from EM4 with a biogas volume of 10L / day with temperatures reaching 30oC having a pH characteristic of 8.79; Nitrogen 1.04 - 1.68%, C-organic 15.30%, C / N 11.71, P-available 0.69 and K-dd 1.13%.

This research was conducted to study the effect of mangrove fruit (Sonneratia alba) extract submersion as a bacterial growth resistor in giant sneakhead (Channa micropeltes) fish in the process of preserving the fish.The design used in this study was with 3 treatments. Treatment A without the addition of mangrove extracts, treatment B with submersion of 2 (mangrove fruit):1(water) mangrove extracts, and treatment C with submersion of 3:1 mangrove extracts. The parameters which being observed included the Total Plate Number (ALT) test and the pH test.The results of the study showed that the lowest total bacterial colonies were found in the treatment with the 3:1 submersion of mangrove extracts, which was 8,153x103. The use of mangrove fruit extract in this study was able to extend the shelf life of fresh fish for one week, with temperatures less than 5ºC.

This study aims to determine the water condition of Lake Pampait, KamelohBaru Village, Sebangau District, Palangka Raya City, measured from physical and chemical water quality as a measure of the condition of the water quality in Lake Pampait. The study was conducted for approximately 2 (two) months, namely from June to July 2018. Sampling was carried out in 3 (three) stations, namely inlet (station I), middle section (station II) and outlets (station III). The physical and chemical water quality measurements are carried out directly, namely temperature, brightness, depth, pH (Degrees of Acidity) and DO (Dissolved Oxygen) while indirectly or analyzed in the laboratory are PO4 (Phosphate), NO3 (Nitrate) and NH3 (Nitrate) Ammonia). The results of research on physical and chemical water quality is an average temperature of 23.7 oC. Brightness 28.75 cm, Depth 4.25 m, Degree of Acidity (pH) with an average of 6.03, and Dissolved Oxygen (DO) 2.93 mg/L, Phosphate (PO4), Nitrate (NO3), and Ammonia (NH3) ) 0.932 mg/L, it can be concluded that Lake Pampait can be said to be still not polluted and is still considered good for the life of fish and other aquatic organisms.

The consumption needs of the Indonesian population for fruits is quite high but cannot be balanced with the low national fruit production so that market needs are not fulfilled. When compared with local fruits in Indonesia, the level of demand for imported fruit is higher and much in demand by consumers because of the relatively cheaper price, maintained quality and in accordance with the wishes of consumers. The objective of this research is to analyze the number of local and imported fruit supplying which supplied by retailers, analyze the selling value of local fruits and imports offered, analyze the influence of selling prices on the supply of local fruits and imported fruits by retailers of fruit in the traditional market of Medan City. The analysis method used is a simple linear regression model. Data collection method through the dissemination of questionnaires and interview techniques to local and import fruit retailers in the traditional market of Medan. The results of the study obtained that the average number of local fruit supply was as much as 132 kg/day while imported fruit as much as 23 kg/day. The selling value of local fruit was higher than imported fruit which was Rp 2,126,340/day and Rp 1,520,840/day. The selling value of local fruit was higher than imported fruit which was Rp 2,126,340/day and Rp 1,520,840/day. Based on the results of the analysis, the selling price positively influenced the local fruit supplying with a significance value of 0.042 (<0.05). Similarly, the selling price of imported fruit has a positive effect on the offer of imported fruit with a significance of 0.002 (<0.05).

This research was examine the potential for CO2 absorption and the provision of other ecosystem services of the Dipterocarpaceae-dominated Gunung Bondang Protection Forest in Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan. The study focuses on potential carbon and ecosystem services in the form of CO2 sequestration, O2 production and payments in the form of Carbon creditsin the Gunung Bondang Protected Forest area.The study was conducted non-destructively using the parameters of the diameter and total height of the tree. The results showed the composition of the tree species was dominated by Dipterocarpaceae family, the potential biomass was 624.86 tons/ha, the potential C was 293.68 tons/ha and the potential of environmental services in the form of CO2 absorbed was 1,077.83 tons/ha, the production O2 was 786.81 tons/ha and the carbon credits was US$ 41,788/ha. Moreover, these result show the strong relevance of the Gunung Bondang Protection Forest for climate change mitigation. The protection and restoration of degraded forest parts contribute to the climate mitigation goals set by the Indonesian government, and the issuance of Carbon credits will be an important financial incentive for sustainable forest management and conservation.

Black soybean (G. max (L.) Merr.) is an important food crop and has a high nutritional content. Demand for this commodity is increasing. National soybean demand in 2015 about 2.6 million tons but domestic production only 982,967 tons. One of the obstacles to increasing black soybean production is Asian soybean rust disease caused by P. pachyrhizi. The susceptibility of black soybean to rust makes the farmers often use chemical fungicides to control it. Alternative control of rust leaves that suitable for the environment is through the selection of more resistant varieties of rust and the application of biological agents of Corynebacterium sp. and Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR). The research was conducted in endemic area of Asian soybean rust disease, using Complete Randomized Design 2 factors. Factor 1 varieties of black soybeans consists of V1: Detam 1, V2: Detam 3, V3: Detam 4 and Factor 2 biological agents consist of: control, Corynebacterium sp. and PGPR with 3 replications. The results showed that Detam 1 varieties produced the most massive seeds: 6.86 g plant-1. Corynebacterium sp. and PGPR treatment can significantly reduce the intensity of Asian soybean rust disease compared to controls. The intensity of rust disease in Corynebacterium sp. (11.7%), PGPR (8.9%), control (33.9%). Both soybean varieties and biological agents showed no interaction in all observed variables.

The use of liquid organic fertilizers is currently increasing. This study aims to determine the effect of the moringa leaf extract filtering method (Moringa oleifera, Lam) as a liquid organic fertilizer for growth and yield of mustard greens (Brassica juncea, L) and to determine the response of plant to the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer. The research design used was a two-factor factorial randomized completely block design with three replications. The first factor treatment was the type of moringa leaf extract filtering method (filtered with cloth, filtered with ordinary filter paper, and filtered with Whatman filter paper). The second factor was the concentration of organic liquid fertilizer from moringa leaf extract (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%). The data were analyzed with variance at the 5% and 1% significant levels, and were further tested using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% significant level. The results showed that the filtering method of moringa leaf extract had an effect on mustard greens for the parameters of plant height, leaf width, fresh plant weight, consumption of mustard greens per plant, and weight of consumption of mustard greens per plot. The filtering treatment of moringa leaf extract using ordinary filter paper gave the best results, with the best concentration of extracts was 5%.

Efforts to cultivate sungkai plants are hampered due to the limitations of good seedlings. Sungkai plants reproduce by seeds and stems (cuttings). This research will try to investigate the effect of using Growth Regulatory Substances (ZPT)against stem cuttings of sungkai plants. The study was designed in the Draft Randomized Complete (CRD) with 2 factors, each with 5 treatments. The factors tested were (1) synthetic auxin (Rootone F) with 5 concentrations, i.e. 20 grams / l (R1), 40 grams / l (R2), 60 grams / l (R3), 80 grams / l (R4) and 100 gram / l (R5); (2) natural auxin (onion extract with 5 concentrations, i.e. 20% (B1), 40% (B2), 60% (B3), 80% (B4) and 100% (B5). Besides that control plots were also carried out, which were not treated at all. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so in a manner in total there were 33 experimental units (including 3 treatment experimental units control). The results showed that giving Rootone F solution affected the growth of sungkai stem cuttings (Albertisia papuana Becc.) on the observed variabels, namely shoot height, number of leaves, root length, and root wet weight. Giving Rootone F solution to sungkai stem cuttings at a concentration of 80 grams and immersion for 24 hours gave the best effect.

One of the animals that are easy to find is a bird. Based on data about the increase in the number of bird species, it can be ascertained that these animals can be found in every region in Indonesia, with diverse species and even species that are endemic to a certain area. West Papua is one of the regions in Indonesia which is rich in various species of birds, including Cendrawasih which can also be found in the Natural Forest of Malagufuk Village, Klayili District, Sorong Regency. Based on information from the surrounding community, several types of Cendrawasih are often seen in the natural forests of Malagufuk Village, but their diversity and population are not known with certainty. This study aims to determine the diversity of species and population of Cendrawasih birds in the natural forest of Malagufuk Village, Klayili District, Sorong Regency, West Papua. Thus, the results of this study are expected to be a source of data in the context of preserving and protecting the existing Cendrawasih species. Data collection on the species composition and population of Cendrawasih was carried out using the Line Transect method by making 10 observation lines with a line length of 500 m each and a distance between lines of 100 m. The results showed that there were found 3 spesies of Cendrawasih with estimated populations and densities as follows: Cendrawasih Kuning Kecil (Paradisaea minor) had an estimated population of 7.48 individuals with a density of 2.93 individuals / ha; Cendrawasih Raja (Cicinnurus regius) has an estimated population of 5 individuals with a density of 1.67 individuals / ha; and Toowa Cemerlang (Ptiloris magnificus) had an estimated population of 2.22 individuals with a density of 0.74 individuals / ha. When the research was carried out, it was seen that the three types of Cendrawasih used several types of trees as places for activities (playing or dancing), namely Matoa (Pometia coreacea), Merbau (Intsia bijuga), Damar (Agathis dammara). Beringin (Ficus benjamina), and Pala hutan (Myristica sp) with tree heights above 20 m.

Communities in Kalimantan areas need wood for building materials. They use Tumeh wood (Combretocarpus rotundatus Dans) because of its found abundantly in forest area in Central Kalimantan. Tumeh is a kind of pioneer. Wood parts affect the quality of wood. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of the radial position on the mechanical properties of wood tumeh. The properties of the wood analyzed is hardness, Modukus of Rupture (MOR) and Mdukus of Elasticity (MOE) (British Standard No.373,1957). Data analysis using Completely Randomized Design (CRD. The results show that the location in the radial direction has no significant effect on hardness, MOR and MOE values.The highest value of hardness and MOR was near the bark and then decreased in the middle and near the heart, respectively. Meanwhile, the highest MOE value is near the heart, then decreases in the middle and near the bark, respectively This research can be continued on the physical and chemical properties of the wood for a more comprehensive understanding. Research in different directions and at different diameters can also be carried out as a comparison.

The study aims to determine the influence of chicken manure dose on growth and yield on three kinds of lettuce (Lactuca sativa, L.) planted in a polybag. This research was conducted from November 2019 until January 2020, in Gerdu Village, Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency, between 450 - 650 m above sea level. The research used a factorial method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consist of two treatment factors. The first factor is dose of chicken manure consisting of 3 levels (D1 = 62.5 g/ polybag, D2 = 125 g / polybag, D3 = 187.5 g/ polybag). The second factor was varieties of lettuce (V) consist of 3 types (V1 = Grand Rapids Variety, V2 = Kriebo Variety, V3 = Bisi SL 02 Variety). Analysis of variance was used to analyzed the data, with the F test at 5% and 1% levels and then followed by Duncan's multiple range test at 5% level. The results showed that chicken manure dosage significantly affects fresh weight and consumption weight per plant. The best dose of chicken manure for the treatment is 125 g / polybag. The varieties significantly affected plant height, fresh weight, and consumption weight and significantly affected leaf width per plant. The interaction between the dose of chicken manure and varieties of lettuce (DxV) showed the best results on the combination 125 g / polybag chicken manure dose with the Kriebo variety (D2V2). This treatment combination gives the highest consumption weight, which is 76.52 g. While the treatment combination of 62.5 g / polybag chicken manure dose and Bisi SL 02 variety (D1V3) had the lowest consumption weight (39.68 g).

Based on the results of the research and analysis that has been carried out, it can be seen first that consumer involvement in the tea purchase decision-making process in the Modern Market of Surakarta is high (31,56 > 24). Second, according to consumers in the Surakarta City Modern Market, the difference between tea brands is not real, meaning that consumers do not see much difference between tea brands. Third, the type of tea consumer behavior in modern markets is dissonance, reducing buying behavior. Usually, consumer behavior is meaningful and goal-oriented. Products are accepted or rejected based on the extent to which both are considered relevant to their needs and lifestyle.

One of the important diseases in rice is the Bacterial Leaf Blight (HDB) or the so-called kresek disease caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae. This disease is one of the main diseases of rice in Indonesia. This is supported by agricultural conditions in hot and humid tropical areas so that disease development is more optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of betel leaf extract and some rhizomes in suppressing the growth of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae in-vitro scale. The research was conducted at the Center for Forecasting Plant Pest Organisms (BBPOPT), Karawang, West Java. The extracts of galangal, turmeric, and betel were prepared at concentrations of 10, 15, and 25%, the method used was a scatter plate by taking 10, 50, and 100 μL of Xoo isolate liquid, holding the petri dish to a bunsen fire, and spraying Xoo isolates liquid. into a petri dish containing PSA media + rhizome extract, the dispersing tool used is drigalski. The results of daily observations of rhizome extract antagonist testing on Xoo growth showed that the treatment of betel leaf extract with a concentration of 10%, 15%, and 25% had a high bacterial inhibitory value compared to other treatments with 100% inhibition, whereas in the control treatment (only PSA media) shows that it does not have bacterial inhibition, and the galangal rhizome extract treatment has the highest inhibitory power when compared to other treatments on 100 μL of Xoo bacterial suppression.

Edamame was a commodity that contains all types of essential amino acids that can stabilize blood sugar levels, increase metabolism and energy levels, and help build muscle and immune system cells. Farmer’s interest in planting edamame is high due to the high demand and promising commodity prices. However, edamame is often faced with weed disturbances. The weeds in edamame cultivation can reduce production in quantity and quality. Research is needed for effective weed control techniques to reduce losses and increase production plus increasing income. The research was conducted at the Lampung State Polytechnic from April to September 2020. The study was arranged using a randomized block design with single factor treatment in the form of weed control techniques with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The aim of this research was to find the best weed control techniques in edamame cultivation. The results of this study were using mulch can reduce weed growth by 75.75% to 95.45% compared without using mulch. The highest pressure on weed growth was obtained from the used plastic mulch as a weed control technique.

The cultivation of consumption mushrooms in Indonesia is showing an encouraging development. Currently, Indonesia is included as one of the world's major mushroom suppliers. Mushrooms are a source of vegetable protein that does not contain cholesterol and can prevent high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and can reduce body weight. The research objective was to determine the effect of composting time on planting media on the growth and yield of white oyster mushrooms. The research was conducted in the Mapin Kebak Village, sub-district Alas Barat star from May to June 2020. The research was conducted using an experimental method and using a completely randomized design consisting of 5 treatments, where each treatment consisted of three replications. The research treatments consisted of M1 = composting for 6 hours; M2 = composting for 12 hours; M3 = composting for 24 hours; M4 = composting for 36 hours and M5 = composting for 48 hours. Furthermore, the data from the observations were analyzed by ANOVA at the real level of 5%. If the results of the data analysis show a significant difference, then a further test is carried out using the Least Significant Difference Test at the 5% real level. The results of the analysis showed that the fastest time to spread mycelium was in the M5 treatment, the composting time was 48 hours. The fastest primordia emergence time was 24 hours composting M3 treatment. The heaviest fruit weight was in treatment M3 and the lowest fruit weight was in treatment M1.

Cucumber productivity fluctuates and tends to decrease due to suboptimal cultivation techniques such as the use of varieties and fertilization. Superior varieties are recommended to be planted because varieties improve production and yield quality. Manure in addition to improving physical properties and soil fertility can also keep soil moisture high in lebak wetland. This study aims to determine (i) the effect of the best interaction and interaction between two cucumber varieties and the dose of duck manure, (ii) the effect of single factor and the best two varieties of cucumber, (iii) the effect of single factor dose of duck manure and the best dose. . The research was conducted in March - June 2020 in Rantau Karau Hilir Village, Sungai Pandan District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of the first factor of variety (v) namely v1 = Misano variety, v2 = Commander variety, the second factor was the dose of duck manure (d) namely d1 = 0 kg. plot-1 , d2 = 1 kg.plot-1, d3 = 2 kg.plot-1 , d4 = 3 kg.plot-1. The results showed that there was no interaction between cucumber varieties and the dose of duck manure. The single factor of two cucumber varieties had a very significant effect on the variables of plant length, the number of branches, flowering age, fruit weight of plots, and fruit length of plots except for the number of fruit plots. with the best variety Misano variety, The single factor of duck manure had a very significant effect on all observation variables with the best dose of 3 kg.plot-1 equivalent to 30/t.ha-1.

This research aims to determine the number of costs, Revenue, and Income of their Cayenne pepper farming in Belangian village Aranio sub-district. The method used is the survey method and observation techniques. The number of farmers using Purposive Sampling Method as many as 98 people, with Simple Random Sampling technique, so that 30 respondent farmers. The results of this study obtained a Production of 6955 kg/farmers. The average revenue obtained Rp.5.795,833/ farmers or Rp 5.738,44/ hectare. At the same time, the average income of farmers is Rp.3.033,991 or Rp.2.997,028/ hectare.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the institutional role of the Indonesian Orchid Association in orchid agribusiness development in Bandung Regency. The research method used was a survey. The number of respondents was taken using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by using descriptive in the form of scores. The results of this study state that the Indonesian Orchid Association (PAI) as an institution plays a role in the development of orchid agribusiness in Bandung, especially in the procurement of production facilities, farming, marketing, and supporting agribusiness. For the assessment score of the institutional role of the Indonesian Orchid Association (PAI) on the development of orchid agribusiness, two answers were given in a closed yes and no equipped with answers openly by the respondents. The results of this study state that the Bandung branch of the Indonesian Orchid Association as an institution plays a role in the development of orchid agribusiness in Bandung especially in the procurement of production facilities, farming, marketing, and supporting agribusiness. Suggestions to the Indonesian Orchid Association (PAI) to ease in carrying out the institutional roles of the Bandung branch of PAI; the Bandung branch of the PAI should divide into three parts, namely PAI of Bandung City, PAI Bandung Regency, and PAI West Bandung Regency.

Gadung is one type of vine that does not get attention because it contains poison in the form of hydrogen cyanide (HCN) compounds. Gadung has a high economic value and its presence is easy to find, gadung plants have high productivity reaching 20 tons/ha when compared to cassava which is only 7.4 tons/ha. Coagulation using gadung tuber starch is natural-based coagulation that is safe for farmers even though it contains cyanide (HCN) which is toxic, but by washing hands after direct contact or after using gadung tubers, it will not be dangerous, so it is more environmentally friendly. and can be produced conventionally by farmers themselves. The aims of this study were (i) to determine the effect of giving gadung tuber starch with the addition of ant acid on latex coagulation, (ii) to get the best dose of giving various kinds of gadung tuber starch with the addition of ant acid for latex coagulation. This research was conducted in Simpang 4 Batuah Village, Raren Batuah District, East Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province from March to June 2020 using a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The first treatment was (p1) 20 ml of gadung tuber starch, (p2) 40 ml of gadung tuber starch, (p3) 60 ml of gadung tuber starch, (p4) 80 ml of gadung tuber starch, and (p5) 100 ml of gadung tuber starch. The results showed that the clumping time, the weight of the latex cup, and the texture of the latex had a very significant effect, the color of the latex and the smell of the latex had no effect

Efforts to increase agricultural production can be made by using new high-yielding varieties and modifications to plant spacing. IPB 3S rice variety is a new type of rice variety with a yield potential of 7-8 tons/hectare and panicle length, grain weight per panicle, and higher grain weight than the Ciherang variety. This study is an experimental study using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of three treatments plus one control (without treatment) with three replications. The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance using the F test, according to the experimental design used, then tested with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) or Duncan's Test to determine the difference between each treatment with an error rate of 5%. The treatments in this study were: P0 (Distance for Planting Tiles), P1 (Distance for Planting Jajar Legowo 2:1), P2 (Distance for Planting Jajar Legowo 3:1); and P3 (Jajar Legowo Planting Distance 4:1). The results showed that the plant spacing treatment of jajar legowo did not affect plant height and the number of tillers, except for the number of tillers at 55 DAP. However, it significantly affects panicle length and dry grain yield. The 2:1 row spacing of legowo indicates the highest yield.

Apart from being a source of energy, rice has health benefits. Rice contains minerals that function for the growth and development of several vital organs. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the new high-yielding variety Inpari IR Nutri Zinc. This research was conducted in the rice fields of the Cempaka farmer group and the Lestari farmer group, Bukit Raya village, Samboja District, Kutai Karatanegara, East Kalimantan. The study was conducted from December 2020 to March 2021. This study was conducted using a randomized block design (RAK) with 5 (five) replications. The treatments used were Inpari IR Nutri Zinc, Inpari 32 HDB, and Bion iAgritan Ciherang. Data analysis with analysis of variance test, if significantly different, continued with 5% BNT further test. The results showed that Inpari IR Nutri Zinc produced higher rice productivity, namely 6.91 tons/ha GKP when compared to Inpari 32 HDB and Bion 63 Ciherang Agritan varieties. This shows that the new high-yielding variety of Inpari IR Nutri Zinc is adaptive when it is developed in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province.

Sebangau National Park (TNS) is a conservation area for peatland ecosystems with biological natural resources including medicinal plants namely Bajakah. The aims of this study were to identify and measure the composition and diversity level of Bajakah in TNS. Results of this study are expected to be a data baseline for TNS’ management especially the conservation of Bajakah. Data was collected using the observation method on a 15 plots study with analysis on the parameters of the Important Value Index (IVI), Species Diversity, and Species Evenness. Results of study recorded 6 species of bajakah in TNS, namely Akar Kuning, Bajakah Dango, Bajakah Darak, Bajakah Lunuk, Kalalawit Merah, and Kalalawit Putih. Based on IVI, Kalalawit Merah (Uncaria sp) is the most dominating (134,792 %), Species Diversity Index 1,36, and Species Evenness Index 0.759.

This research was conducted in the greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of North Sumatra, Gedung Johor Village, Medan Johor District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province with an altitude of 25 meters above sea level and flat topography. This study was carried out from February to April 2021. This study aims to determine the growth and production of the comparison of water and organic fertilizer application of rice husk, roasted rice husk, straw, market vegetable waste on soybeans (Glycine max). This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with two factors, namely:The water supply factor consists of 3 stages (volume), namely: P1 = watering: 1 day 1 watering (1000 ml of water), P2 = watering: 3 days 1 watering (1000 ml of water), P3 = watering: 6 days 1 time watering (1000 ml of water), Organic Fertilizer Provision Factor Consists of 4 Stages (Dosage) Namely: O1 = Rice Husk (20 tons/ha) = 100 g/polybag, O2 = Roasted rice husk(20ton/ha) )= 100g/polybag, O3 = Straw (20 tons/ha) = 100 g/polybag O4 = Organic fertilizer market vegetable waste (20 tons/ha) = 100 g/polybag, height plants, leaf area, number of branches, root length, flowerage, root nodules, root volume, crown base weight, canopy dry weight, production weight. The results can be seen that the effect of giving water has a very significant effect on the average root length, root nodules, volume on the growth and production of soybean plants and the effect of giving organic fertilizers has a very significant effect on the average root length, volume on growth and production of soybean plants.

The pandemic period impacts the economy in Indonesia, including small and medium enterprises. One of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that can still maintain its existence is the herbal medicine industry. Dikafit is a micro and small business that has been affected by the pandemic, so it needs a strategy to be able to survive. Identifying internal and external factors to determine Dikafit's position and strategic priorities can be applied to the marketing of Dikafit's wedhang uwuh herbs.The basic method used is descriptive qualitative. The research location was determined purposively (intentionally) at Home Industry Dikafit Sukoharjo. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis methods used are internal and external factors, IFE and EFE matrices, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The results showed that (1) the internal factor of the main strength was the chemical free product, while for its weakness the distribution area was still limited. The foremost external factor is high consumer loyalty, while the threat is unstable political stability. (2) The resulting alternative strategies (a) maintain prices and improve product quality to increase consumer loyalty, (b) maintain the image of the industry, (c) increase the ability to cope with seasonal changes, (d) provide training and assistance in the form of tools production, (e) seeking and maintaining good relationships with new distributors and suppliers, (f) utilizing government policies to take part and provide training for human resources to better master the broad market and the ability and skills to create products, (g) build and develop with distributors and suppliers to increase production capacity. (3) The priority of the marketing strategy is to build and develop with distributors and suppliers to increase production capacity.

Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) is a colony of bacteri on roots that plays an important role in plant growth. This research was conducted in Jaban RT 03 RW 06, Segaran, Delanggu, Klaten, Central Java, in August-October 2020. The method used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications, namely variety (V) consist of 2 levels (varieties), namely: V1=Vima-1 and V2 = Vima-2. PGPR (D) consist of 3 stages (dosage), namely D1 = 5 cc/liter dose; D2 = Dosage 10 cc/liter; and D3 = Dosage 15 cc/liter. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by the DMRT test if there were significant and very significant differences between treatments or treatment interactions. The results showed that the interaction of PGPR treatment and varieties had a significant effect on plant height and number of pods per plant and had a very significant effect on the weight of 100 seeds. However, the treatment interactions have no significant effect on seed weight per plant and root volume.

Communities well know non-Timber Forest Product (NTFP) of bamboo with properties, strong culm, flexible, straight, smooth, hard, easily split and formed, very doable, and light transported easily. Besides those, bamboo is relatively inexpensive compared to other raw materials found in the village community’s vicinity. One of the bamboos found in Aik Bual Village’s community forests was tali bamboo (G. apus). Identification of G. apus was required to understand its characteristics, while the physical properties would be useful for understanding its dimension stabilities. The objectives of this study were to identify the stem characteristics and physical properties of G. apus. Experimental method was employed to conduct the study. Three culms were selected, and each culm was divided into three sections: bottom, middle, and top. Physical properties were tested using India Standard number IS 6874, 2008. The characteristics of G. apus were: the intermodal space of the bottom culm was 31.2-38.5 cm, the middle culm was 40-47 cm, and the top culm was 26-60.8 cm; the diameter of the bottom culm was 5.77-6.38 cm, the middle culm was 5.72-6.48 cm, and the top culm was 5.18-6.19 cm; the thickness of bottom culm was 0.9-1.35 cm, the middle was 0.55-0.96 cm, and the top was 0.54-0.76 cm. Physical properties of G. apus were: the fresh moisture content was 111.23%-143.24%, the air-dried moisture content was 11.78-12.72%, while the fresh density was 0.47-0.56, the air-dried density was 0.59-0.64, and the oven-dried density was 0.60-0.63.

This study was done on December, 2020 until April, 2021, at an altitude ofp+125 meters above sea level in Palur Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central of Java. The purpose ofithis study is to know how PGPR and various types ofpmanure affect on growth and yield ofppaprika (Capsicum annuum L.) in the lowlands. This study used an environment with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) basic pattern, followed by a 5% DMRT test with considerably different outcomes. Two factors and four replicates made up the treatment factor. The first element was the availability of PGPR, which was divided into two tiers (P0: without the use of PGPR, P1: the use of PGPR). The second factor was the provision of various forms of manure, which was divided into three kinds (M1: chicken manure, M2: goat manure, and M3: cow manure). Plant height, fruit weight, number of fruits, fruit diameter, fresh weight of stover, and driedweight of stover were all observed metrics. The results showed that the PGPR treatment had a substantial effect on the parameters ofpfruit weight and fresh weight of stover, as well as on the parameters of fruit diameter and dry weight of stover, but not significantly different on the parameters ofpplant height andpnumber ofpfruit, while the effect ofpthe use of various types of manure showed a very significant effect on all parameters. The treatment with cow manure had the best effect on paprika growth and yield. The combination between PGPR treatment and various types of manure had a substantial impact on fresh stover characteristics as well as fruit weight, However, plant height, quantity of fruits, diameter, and dry stover were not significantly different. The application of PGPR and cow manure was the best treatment combination for paprika growth and yield.
